We have prepared and served for Presidential cabinet members, governors, foreign dignitaries, members of the senate and congress, sports figures, musicians, celebrities, and Nobel laureates. We execute many corporate events as well as private events for the CEO’s of those corporations.
A Drive for Perfection: Chef and Owner, Jeff Machado, is truly driven by a passion for making food the best it can possibly be; great lengths are taken to ensure that the quality of the food is not compromised. Self-taught in his craft, he continually conducts research in his own kitchen and by visiting some of the finest kitchens in the world to garner inspiration, cultivate ideas and expand his repertoire—one never finishes learning in the world of food. As a result, the Chef’s knowledge and understanding of different styles of food is extensive from down-home Texas barbeque through complex and detailed multi-course European style events.
